Corporate body
Centro Melantone is an association founded by the law of the Italian State. The members of this association are founding shareholders and ordinary members that have the right to a regular financial contribution. Due to this, there are beneficiaries and honorary partners who offer financial support on a regular basis.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is held once a year, and is attended by the founding shareholders (Valdese Faculty and CELI) with three representatives, and ordinary and honorary shareholders (with one representative) with rights to vote.
The agenda of the General Assembly includes the financial year report of the Study Center. It nominates the Board of Directors and President.
Board of Directors
The Board is composed of four persons who are appointed for four years. The Board appoints its own internal President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Council Board manages the implementation and organization of the program and duties of the Center. The current Board Members are:

President of the Board of Directors
The President of the Board of Directors legally represents the association before third parties and convokes the General Assembly and meetings with the Board of Directors.
Scientific Committee
The Board of Directors appoints as members of the Scientific Committee, celebrities representing the ecumenical and academic field. The Scientific Committee is a consultancy body of the Board of Directors and is composed of:

Director of studies
The Board of Directors assigns a Director who will be qualified to organize the courses.
